The Time Bomb® is not your typical Fitness Center. The workout was developed by Leon Anderson who was a Golden Gloves Boxer and has personally trained over 10,000 people on strength training and cardiovascular exercise since 1986. Leon has designed a workout program that includes interval training, boxing, kick-boxing, and functional training.
Leon realizes that most people today are busier than ever before, have hectic schedules, and have demanding time constraints. Who really has the time to spend all day at the gym? Leon took his knowledge and has developed an exercise program that is fast, fun, and works both cardio and strength training all in a 30 minute period giving members a full body 30 minute workout.

Do I have to be a professional athlete to do the workout?
Not at all. The program is designed for men and women at all levels from beginner to seasoned athlete. We go at your pace and have members well into their 70’s that do the workout!
Can I workout anytime?
Yes, at The Time Bomb® there are no class schedules. Just show up and be ready to workout!
Do I pay for the personal training?
Never. At The Time Bomb® personal training is always free!
Do I need to buy boxing gloves and hand wraps?
No, we have a pair you can borrow and one of our certified trainers will instruct you on how to wrap your hands for protection.
The 10 Time Bomb Workout Stations
Each station has a timer and a series of exercises each member must perform for asustained period of time.
Workout Stations 1-2
These are the warm-up stations where members work TRX Functional Training System, battle ropes, slam balls, dumbbells, kettlebells, and resistance bands.
Workout Stations 3-5
This is the time when you put your gloves on and go to work punching and kicking heavybags.
Workout Station 6
More Functional Training with plyometric boxes, kettlebells, steelbells, dumbbells, and slam balls.
Workout Stations 7-8
More boxing and kickboxing with plyometric drills and functional training.
Workout Stations 9-10
This is the cool down time where members do more functional training with Trx Functional Training System, steelbells, battle ropes, kettlebells, slam balls, and dumbbells.
